Brothers Nestor and Adrian Lasso, third-generation coffee farmers, have shifted their family farm toward specialty coffee production, gaining global recognition for their innovative approach and commitment to quality.

Combining unique varietals including Pink Bourbon, Typica, and Castillo, this coffee is processed using an anaerobic washed method, where fermentation occurs in an oxygen-free environment to enhance flavor complexity. The result is a bright, nuanced cup that captures the vibrant character of Huila’s distinct growing environment and the Lassos’ meticulous craftsmanship.
